Terms of Services
At Bit More Social, we provide performance-driven marketing services focused on helping businesses grow through social media, content marketing, influencer collaborations, and lead generation strategies.
Our services may include, but are not limited to:

→ Content creation (posts, reels, and campaigns)
→ Influencer marketing and collaborations

→ Lead generation (for real estate and service-based businesses)
The exact scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be clearly defined in a proposal, agreement, or onboarding document before the start of any project.
We operate with a focus on performance, consistency, and long-term growth. While we aim to deliver the best possible results, outcomes may vary based on industry, market conditions, and client cooperation.

Payments and Invoicing
We operate with transparency and fairness when it comes to payments. Most projects require a non-refundable advance payment typically 30% to 50%—before we begin. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery of assets or completion of the project. For larger or long term projects, milestone-based payments may be set up and included in the proposal. Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, other agreed methods. Late payments may result in delayed deliverables, temporary suspension of work, a late fee. We appreciate prompt and clear communication around any billing questions.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel a project at any time, but please be aware that the initial deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation happens after work has begun, the client will be invoiced for all work completed up to that point, including research, design time, and any expenses incurred. In rare cases, Pixro may choose to terminate a project due to non-responsiveness, abusive behavior, or failure to meet agreed payment terms. All completed work and intellectual property rights remain with us until payment is fully settled.

→ You will be invoiced for any work completed up to the point of cancellation
→ You will not have rights to use unfinished or unpaid creative materials
Confidentiality
We understand that during a project, you may share private business information, creative ideas, or strategic materials with us. We treat all such information as confidential and will never disclose it to third parties without your consent. Likewise, we expect you to respect our creative processes and internal methods. If needed, we are happy to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect sensitive project information and maintain a trustworthy working relationship.
